session 1: first session of traing for our marathon i did turn up on time but i forgot to bring my kit, but i did participate in the 30miniut practis on a bike with my jeans on, for joining in the practis traing it improves my performace and improve my fitness levle, this may help me at the next session.
session 2: 1st of march i have done a facebook page about out charity event, i have E-mailed all the 6th formers and ask for a like on the page to support us on the 26th of march.
The group have e-mailed all the important bit such as asking permission to the head, they have also e-mailed the care taker for to see they can open the sports hull at 4:30pm for us to do out event.
They have made a poster of our charity event and letting people see around the school and have extra more support.
session 3: i was 10 minuites late for my fitness training, so my performance has drop also i may miss out some details in the first 5miniutes of the session that could be important for my course work, but i did the full 30minuites of the session on the cross trainer, the first 5miniutes i done on the tred meil i have a n injury problem so i went on the croos trainer for ease of the pain.
session 4-5 i hvae done 2 seesion on the tred mil that day becasue i was lacking in performance and my fittness levle has drop, i can not let that affect on my big day for sport relift, i shown good attitude on that day to do 1 hour non stop running.
session 6 this session i have only done 30minute becasue i was lacking on attendance, i need to do 8 session practising cardio on the tred mil for the final day, so far i have done 5 and i need 3 more to get a pass, my reliabilty on turning up 3 time is closing because i have only got 2 days left, my performance is good but show lack of attitute and attendance.
session 6-7 on the seccond last day i have quite a lot of free time so i disided to do 2 sesson on the cross trainer to improve my cardio perfromance and to show my personal attitute and time managment so i only have 1 more to do for my attendance, i have shown great reliability to get the session done to get my marks.
session 8 on the last day of the week, the dead line, i have no free time what so ever, i need to atten my lessons but i have the curiegige to atten after school to do 30minute on the bike, so my personal performance is on the dead line i have pass my session and im proud of my self to turn up to do my sessions, i have take good responsibility to get all the session done not also that i have also put my own pocket money help raising money and help with the background on sports relief fund raising.
On the final day i have turn up 30minute early because i want my good mark on attendance, i did some bench press to warm up, ready to take on the challange, i spen 90% sleeping to presurv energy, my attitue on the day was good i did not complain, i did not bring food or water, i took responsibility on my own to get them,my reliability perfromance was good i done every single 30minute every 1 hour on the day and compleated the challange.

ReplyDeleteYour blog looks a little light on information at present. You need to account for every session we completed as well as constantly analysing how your own self disicpline assisted you in your performance.
You may also look at adding photos, powerpoints from the assemblies and posters from around school.
